The Eazymoov method

Step by step, moving calmly

One considered approach that we apply in every class — from Qigong to Tai Chi for Health. Gentle, within your comfort zone and evidence-based.

Accessible and people-centred

The Eazymoov method is the common thread running through all our programmes. It builds on evidence-based insights from healthcare, including Dr. Paul Lam's internationally recognised Tai Chi for Health method, and translates them into every exercise or session we teach.

Whether you follow a Qigong session, a basic Tai Chi class or one of the Tai Chi for Health paths: the same approach of safety, gradual build-up and attention always comes first. Suitable for every age and level of fitness.

The principles behind every class

01

Step by step

Movements are built up in small, manageable steps so you never lose the thread.

02

Moving safely

No jumping, no heavy strain. You move within your own comfortable limits.

03

Inner focus

Attention to breathing and posture brings calm to body and mind alike.

04

For everyone

Whether you're young or older, fit or less fit — there is always a movement that suits.

What to expect

1

Warming up

We start calmly, with attention to breathing and posture.

2

Building up at your pace

You learn the movements step by step, without pressure.

3

Moving fluidly

Gradually the movements melt together into one calm flow.

4

More calm and energy

You finish with more calm and energy than when you started.

The same method in the app

At home too, you learn step by step

Precisely because the Eazymoov method is built up so gradually and within your comfort zone, it lends itself perfectly to learning online. In the Eazymoov app you follow exactly the same method as during the in-person sessions.

And you're not on your own: you can always get in touch with the instructor if you have questions. That way you get real guidance at home as well.

Better still, you can even build your own series so you can move exactly the way you want.
