Eazymoov is an app (mobile + website) and service that helps you take steps toward a healthier lifestyle through gentle movement. We collect your account data, usage data and payment data to, among other things, run the app, process subscriptions and answer your questions. We never sell your data and never use it for targeted advertising.

Eazymoov is the data controller for the personal data collected through the app and the website.
2. What data we collect

We do not collect health data, biometric data or other special category data (as defined in GDPR article 9).

Where we rely on a legitimate interest, we have named that interest above.
Retention period: we keep your data for as long as your account is active. Once you close or delete your account, we only keep your data for as long as the law requires (for example, accounting and tax obligations for billing data); after that we delete it.
4. Cookies and tracking
Our website only uses strictly necessary/functional cookies — for example to keep you logged in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on the website. This type of cookie does not require prior consent, because it is necessary for the website to function.
Within the app itself we collect usage data as described in section 2 — this does not happen through cookies, but through the app’s normal operation.
If this changes in the future (for example, by adding analytics cookies), we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Our app and website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites.
6. International data transfers
Some of the providers listed in section 5 are located outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case we ensure an appropriate safeguard:

7. Your rights
As a resident of the EEA, you have the right to:

- have your data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- have the processing of your data restricted;
- receive your data in a portable format (data portability);
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest, or to direct marketing;
- withdraw your consent at any time (for example, for the newsletter), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You can exercise these rights by emailing us at . We respond within one month. This is free of charge, unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. We may ask you to confirm your identity before handling your request.
You can also delete your account (and the associated data) directly from your account settings. If you would rather we do this for you, that is also possible via the email address above.

9. Children
Eazymoov is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Do you think we have nonetheless collected data from a child? Let us know via , and we will delete that data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Whenever we do, we update the “last updated” date at the top of this document. For a material change (for example, a new purpose for which we use your data), we will also actively let you know, for example by email or via a notification in the app — not only by asking you to keep an eye on this page yourself.
